If you wish to pay by check, money order, or purchase order, please print out the brochure, fill it in, and mail it along with your payment to: CKA—1014 Chippendale Way, Roseville, CA 95661  or fax to (916) 780-5330 

To register online, you must pay with PayPal.  Credit cards are accepted.

At the bottom of these instructions, choose which events you want to attend.

Step Two: Complete Payment

Click on “Buy Now” to complete payment. Major credit cards are accepted.

Step Three: Fill in the Registration Form

Once you have paid, you will automatically be returned to this website and prompted to select which sessions you would like to attend.

Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If your registration is accepted but you are unable to attend, you may send a friend or colleague in your place.

NOTE: In the event the Conference is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, registration fees will be refunded, minus a $20 administrative fee.
